PROJECTS ENGAGED BY THE DOMINION FUND

The Dominion Fund structured multi-million dollar projects for Royal Bank of Scotland utilizing Life Settlements, which were vented through the law firm of Locke and Lords.   The Dominion Fund priced and managed all of the portfolios for:

**  ABN AMRO that eventually were acquired by the Royal Bank of Scotland. 

**  MIZUHO BANK

Several very large Life Settlements CDO's were devised by The Dominion Fund for Santander.  Also, we engaged in the re-pricing of structured finance pools for Mitzubishi. 

The systems engaged by The Dominion Fund have been evaluated and approved by the Society of Actuaries in both the UK and the US.

  The Dominion Fund is able to utilize Life Settlements and other Structured Financial Products to protect principal and returns on investment of just about any tangible asset (i.e.Income-Producing RealEstate, Mineral Deposits, Fleets of Vehicles, Ships, or Planes, Commercial Paper).

The strategies that were put in place by Dr. Aspinwall still remain the driving assurance of success with our services.  With over 30 years in the business JA had a wide range of experience. At Chase Manhattan Bank he was the prime developer of Chase’s REALM system, a risk management and derivatives pricing system, which was used, by Chase Manhattan Bank and over 200 clients around the world.  While at Chase JA was involved in Project Cloud, which was a state of the art Artificial Intelligence system that could forecast changes in credit rating 2 years out with a 95% accuracy rate.  This system has been discussed in many of the trade journals.
