THE DOMINION FUND

FOLLOWING IS THE INFORMATION WE MUST HAVE BEFORE GIVING A WRITTEN PROPOSAL TO YOU:

1.  Proof that you control tangible assets that are or are capable of becoming income-producing. Those assets should have a value of eight times greater than the amount of capital being sought. The assets should be available to collateralize funding.  Certified assays or appraisals that are current within the last year or two should verify the value.  Further you should be able to verify clear title (or mostly clear) to those assets you control.

2.  If the amount of funding sought exceeds $50 Million, the market will show a more immediate interest in your project.

3.  Sales contracts or commitments for contracts in place that show ability to service debt for the first 4 or 5 years of a project would be ideal.  Assets that are gold, platinum and related precious metals are already fungible in the market, and therefore, it may not be necessary to prove sales contracts are in place.

The structured products we would use to leverage your assets are in traditional use in the markets as isolated products.  However, our experience and knowledge enables us to combine the products in a way that fully protects the funding of the project for lender/borrower and/or investor.   For that reason, we require that you sign our confidentiality agreement before we explain the details of the strategies that we use.

If we joint venture with you, we require a fee at closing of all funding resulting from our efforts, and an equity position in the borrowing company.  Also, if you are unable or unwilling to write your own Executive Summary to present to the market, we charge $200 per hour for writing it for you.   Approximate time that would be involved for us to prepare the summary would range from 15 to 20 hours, depending on the information provided by you. Those charges are paid directly to The Dominion Fund.   If you can provide your own professional Executive Summary, we would review it and respond, regarding "next steps" toward getting funding without charge.  The Executive Summary should show a cash flow estimate of 3 to 5 years.
